  • All ability levels are welcome.
    No experience necessary.
    Class is 90 minutes. Please be prepared to stay entire class.
    New students, please arrive 20 minutes before class to register.
    All students are required to remain in the yoga room for the duration of the class.
    Drink plenty of water before and after class in order to stay well hydrated.
    Bottled water is available for sale at the studio.
    Wear something you are comfortable sweating in.
    A yoga mat and a large towel are mandatory to practice. They are both available for rent and sale at the studio.
    Avoid meals 2-3 hours before class, it is best to practice on an empty stomach.
    No cell phones or pagers in the studio.
    Please do not have conversations in the yoga room prior to or after class, many students use this time for quiet relaxation.
    The room is heated. Heat and humidity levels are closely monitored by instructors. Remember, you are here to make changes to your physical body and mind. You will naturally be uncomfortable during class at some point. Please do your best.
    Please remember, Hatha Yoga is based on discipline and respect. All students are expected to attempt postures as they are described. In attempting or trying the posture as much as you possibly can, you will receive the physical and mental benefits.
